The Siyum by Grand River Shtibel, held this past Thursday night, was a truly special event, celebrating the completion of Meseches Taanis. It was a wonderful gathering of simcha and celebration, where the community came together to mark this beautiful accomplishment.
The Siyum featured speeches from various members, including Rabbi Raber, the Rosh Chabura, and Rabbi Wagner, who runs the Kinyan Mesechta program. Tzvi Newman, one of the Mesaymim, also spoke, sharing his thoughts and chizuk as well.
The event was not just about the learning itself, but about the vibrant community that was built around it. The wives of the participants were there, and their presence added a meaningful dimension to the celebration.
The atmosphere was full of joy, and the energy in the room was palpable. In addition to the speeches, a beautiful kumzits followed creating an uplifting and inspiring evening.
