The Toms River Township Council swore in three new councilmen this past Monday: David Ciccozzi, James Quinlisk, and Justin Lamb; and re-elected councilman Daniel Rodrick.
Kevin Geoghegan was re-elected to serve as council president, and Matthew Lotano was elected to serve as council vice president.
Some of the plans that the Toms River officials have for 2022 include preserving open space and improving opportunities for small businesses.
