The Toms River Township Council president for 2022 is Kevin Geoghegan, and the vice president is Matthew Lotano. The other council members are Joshua Kopp (at-large seat), Justin Lamb (Ward 1), Daniel Rodrick (Ward 2), James Quinlisk (Ward 3) and David Ciccozzi (Ward 4). The council will meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, at 6 p.m. at Town Hall, 33 Washington St.
