Hundreds of community members turned out yesterday for Chavivim’s outstanding community safety event, which proved to be a tremendous success from start to finish. The parking lot was filled with a steady stream of vehicles as families took advantage of the free safety inspections and maintenance services offered throughout the afternoon.
Volunteers worked tirelessly at a variety of stations, checking different parts of each vehicle and helping drivers ensure their cars were safe and road-ready. From beginning to end, the event was exceptionally well organized, with everything running smoothly despite the large turnout.
Children had plenty to enjoy as well, with fun rides, hot dogs, refreshments, prizes, and activities that kept smiles on their faces throughout the event. The family-friendly atmosphere made it a memorable day for attendees of all ages.
Representatives from the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office were also on hand, showing their support for the community and interacting with families throughout the event.
A tremendous yasher koach goes to Chavivim and all of the dedicated volunteers whose hard work made the event possible. Their commitment to helping others and promoting safety was evident in every aspect of the day, making this another example of the incredible chesed that strengthens our community.
