Women throughout the area are invited to attend the Women Earning Initiative’s Summer Career Event on Tuesday, July 21, at Ridge Terrace Kaminetz, located at 831 Ridge Avenue in Lakewood. Doors open at 8:00 p.m., with the evening’s program beginning promptly at 8:30 p.m.
Designed for post-seminary girls and women at every stage of life, the event aims to provide practical career guidance while remaining firmly rooted in Torah values. Organized by the Women Earning Initiative in partnership with Chemed and Testing and Training International (TTI), the annual event has become one of the community’s most anticipated career programs.
The evening will begin with an expert Career Panel and Hashkafah Panel from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., featuring experienced women, employers, and managers who will discuss today’s workplace, what employers are looking for, and how women can build successful careers while maintaining strong Torah values. The panel is designed to help attendees gain clarity and confidence before entering or advancing in the workforce.
From 9:30 to 10:30 p.m., participants will have the opportunity to meet with career mentors during interactive roundtable sessions. Women representing numerous professions will share firsthand insights into their fields, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance to help attendees explore career paths that best match their interests and goals.
In addition, attendees will be able to learn about a wide variety of job opportunities, degree programs, certifications, and professional courses. Representatives from leading employers, including Chemed, LTC Ally, FutureCare, and others, will be available, along with information about educational programs offered through Testing and Training International (TTI) and additional organizations.
The event will feature an all-female lineup of presenters in an environment tailored to the standards of the frum community and is held under the guidance of leading Lakewood Rabbanim. Among the featured presenters are Nechama Seidenfeld, Esther Bloch, Chani Judowitz, Faigy Friedman, Alice Lerman, Simi Mandelbaum, Reena Beane, and many other respected professionals.
Admission is $18, and light refreshments will be served throughout the evening. Registration is available at womenearning.org.
