The Achdus Boys and Achdus Girls programs continue to make a meaningful impact on the children of our community, providing ongoing opportunities for growth in both Torah learning and personal development.
Through the Achdus Boys Mishnayos Program, boys throughout Toms River and beyond are collectively learning hundreds of mishnayos across all six sedarim of Mishnah. Participants learn daily and call in to record their progress, helping create a powerful atmosphere of consistency and accomplishment. Adding to the excitement is a daily recording from the renowned maggid shiur, Rabbi Shaul Edelman, whose words of Torah and style help motivate the boys to continue their learning journey day after day.
At the same time, the Achdus Girls Middos Program, under the leadership of Mrs. Aviva Brodsky, continues to flourish as girls focus each week on developing positive character traits and practical ways to incorporate them into their daily lives. Week after week, participants work on becoming more thoughtful, considerate and kind, helping to build strong foundations that will serve them throughout their lives. Through engaging encouragement and consistent growth, the program has become a meaningful source of inspiration for many girls in the community.
To recognize the dedication of the children, both programs feature regular incentives and prizes. Weekly raffles reward participants for their commitment, while every three months the children celebrate their accomplishments with a special Rita’s Ice treat, giving them an opportunity to enjoy the fruits of their hard work together.
