A Hachnosas Sefer Torah event will take place today, Sunday, May 24 (8 Sivan), at Bais Medrash D’Grande Woodlands in Toms River.
The event will begin at 12:30 PM with the writing of the final letters at the Rubelow home. The procession to the shul will begin at 3:30 PM and will feature lively music and dancing as the community escorts the new Sefer Torah to the shul.
Following the procession, a seudah will take place at 5:00 PM in the tent across the street from the shul.
The entire community is invited to participate and join in this special simcha, with attendees encouraged to come dressed in their Shabbos attire.
