The shofar’s call is getting closer as we prepare to stand at Har Sinai and again accept our eternal Torah on Shavuos. Torah was given to us as a yerushah, a treasure to impart to our children for all generations. We are charged with the mission of transforming ourselves into a mamleches kohanim v’goy kadosh, and we want to fulfill that role. With this goal in mind, we are privileged to speak with Toms River resident, Rabbi Binyomin Ginsberg, a veteran mechanech, who shares his expertise and pearls of wisdom with us. Rabbi Ginsberg began his career as a rebbi, then became a principal, and recently transitioned into multi-faceted roles as a teacher-trainer, an author, a lecturer, an educational consultant, and a parenting expert. Rabbi Ginsberg has published numerous books about chinuch and a twenty-one-volume series based on the teachings of the Nesivos Sholom. With his extensive knowledge and passionate views about chinuch, Rabbi Ginsberg provides the perfect stepping stone toward a meaningful Shavuos.
