It takes strength, perseverance, and caring to make things happen. Several like-minded individuals identified a prevailing issue in Toms River and felt motivated to remedy it for their families and the entire community. Joining together, this incredible group of caring individuals formed the TRJCC, the Toms River Jewish Community Council, and continue to actively rally on behalf of every member of the community to help effect positive changes.
