This Week’s Edition of Achdus Magazine – Achdus Speaks with Mrs. Adina Belsky, Mrs. Yael Miller, and Mrs. Nechama Norman, Founders of the Women Earning Initiative

June 18, 2025 11:29 am

In a world where opportunity often hides behind uncertainty, three remarkable women have stepped forward to illuminate the path for others. What began as a conversation between an aunt and her niece who was searching for post-seminary direction has grown into a powerful, community-wide initiative that’s changing the way frum women think about work, self-worth, and earning with dignity.

Meet Mrs. Adina Belsky, Mrs. Yael Miller and Mrs. Nechama Norman—the dynamic team behind the Women Earning Initiative, known simply as WE. With backgrounds in business, branding, real estate, healthcare, and community building, they’ve united to fill a critical gap in the frum world: helping women gain clarity, connection, and confidence as they enter or re-enter the workforce—all while staying true to Torah values. Nechama, a residential real estate agent from the Mackenzie area of Toms River, is a passionate community connector. Adina, founder of Belmark CMO and Tallymawr resident, leads with operational and marketing strategy. Yael, based in Raintree, Lakewood, is the founder of Miller Creative and co-founder of NewlyReds, bringing branding, messaging, and strategic direction to the table.

And now, as their momentum builds, WE is hosting a major community-wide event on June 25 at Beru Hall near Toms River. Timed perfectly for young women returning home from seminary, as well as for women at any stage of life seeking guidance, direction, or new opportunity, the event will feature expert speakers, mentors, a full expo of job and course offerings, and an empowering atmosphere unlike any other.

In this exclusive Achdus Magazine interview, we sat down with the founders of WE to hear how it all started, what they’ve built, and how they’re revolutionizing the support available to women navigating the balance between parnassah, hashkafah, and personal fulfillment.
