R’ Shayele’s Grocery Help of Toms River, under the auspices of HaRav Moshe Rotberg Shlita, Rav of Zichron Yechezkel of Toms River, is a Tzedakah fund established based on the Halacha of “Aniyei Ircha Kodem”. By donating to this fund, members of the Toms River community are now able to help fellow Toms River families who are struggling to pay for their groceries, in a discreet and respectable manner.
