Toms River is opening up bidding for 1 Liquor distribution License and 1 Liquor consumption license.
Townships can give out a Liquor license for every 7,500 people. Due to population growth, Toms River now has 2 more available.
Bidding begins at $700,000 for the distribution license and $825,000 for the consumption license.
The deadline for submit biding paperwork is February 7, 2023.
