The Toms River Registrar’s Office of Vital Statistics is now allowing its residents to order a copy of a vital record online. The Office of Vital Statistics registers vital events and maintains births, deaths, and marriages from the year 1937 on.

When ordering please note the following:
Requests will be processed Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The Toms River Township Office of Vital Statistics maintains vital records for events that occurred in Toms River Township only.
The Following records may be requested online:
Certified Birth Certificate $15.00 each
Certified Death Certificate $15.00 each
Certified Marriage Certificate $15.00 each
Additionally, there will be a non-refundable $4 convenience and credit card processing fee for all online orders
