Councilman Josh Kopp will serve as the chairman of the committee. Members of the business community will be invited to participate in this new initiative by the councilman Kopp. The committee’s first meeting is scheduled to be held in the Toms River Town Hall on Tuesday, March 15th, at 6 pm.
