The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a public meeting for 6pm on March 13 at the Toms River High School North regarding its proposed natural resources damage settlement with BASF regarding the former Ciba Geigy site. At the meeting, additional information regarding the proposed settlement will be discussed and NJDEP officials will be available to take questions from the public.
NJDEP has also announced that the submission deadline for written public comment regarding the proposal has been extended to April 5.
