Toms River, NJ — This past Tuesday night, STS Events hosted a well-attended and impactful evening for divorced singles in Toms River and the surrounding areas.
The event featured the widely respected dating coach and Achdus Magazine columnist Bella Beer, drawing over 35 participants eager for guidance, connection, and support.
The evening included a dynamic 90-minute Q&A session, with many questions pre-submitted by attendees. Bella Beer addressed a wide range of topics relevant to the frum divorced singles community, engaging the audience with insightful and practical advice. The session was facilitated by Rechy Zolty, founder and executive director of both the Bridges and Arches Organizations, who also contributed her own expert perspective throughout the evening. Rechy is highly regarded in the field and helped guide the thoughtful and sometimes emotional discussion.
The audience — comprised of approximately 10 men and 25 women — was actively involved, frequently asking follow-up questions and prompting further dialogue. Three professional shadchanim were also present, offering personal meetings and networking opportunities after the main program. Attendees took full advantage of the opportunity to mingle, connect, and explore future possibilities.
Kalman Kikin, organizer of the event and founder of STS Events, told Achdus Magazine that he was “deeply moved by the turnout and the positive energy in the room.” He added, “It was incredible to see people opening up, engaging meaningfully, and leaving with real hope. This is exactly why we started STS — to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.”
Feedback has already been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the event’s supportive atmosphere and practical takeaways. Due to the success, STS Events is already planning additional programs — with Lakewood and possibly Monsey on the short list for upcoming gatherings.
